Step 1: Select Products
Simply select the items you want on Chinese E-commerce web, and copy the purchase links into the Pandapurchase platform.
Or, enter the product name in Pandapurchase's search bar to search for and browse items from Taobao, 1688, etc.
Note: The Pandapurchase platform currently supports purchasing agents for products from Taobao, Tmall, and 1688.
Step 2: Place Your Order
Select the product's size, color, version, quantity, etc., and add it to your shopping cart.
Please note:
1. International logistics services impose shipping restrictions on certain types of products. Please pay attention to these restrictions and associated risk information, and make your decisions carefully.
2. Products on 1688 often have a minimum order quantity requirement. Please check the seller's minimum batch quantity when making a purchase.
Step 3: Pay for Items
Go to your shopping cart, select the added items, submit the order, and pay for the products. Multiple currencies and payment methods are supported.
Step 4: Pandapurchase Procurement
After you complete the payment for your items, the order request is forwarded to the Pandapurchase platform's procurement system. A Pandapurchase procurement agent will then contact the seller on your behalf to purchase the goods.
Step 5: Pandapurchase Inspection & Warehousing
After Pandapurchase completes the procurement, we receive and inspect the goods, verify the package weight and dimensions, and then store the items in our warehouse. During receipt and warehousing, we conduct strict, professional inspections and take actual photos of the products for your review. If any issues are identified, we will promptly notify you and assist in resolving them.
Once stored, you can select the packages you wish to ship overseas and submit a shipping order; or you can continue shopping and submit all items together for overseas shipping after they are all warehoused!
Step 6: Submit Shipping Order
In your order center, select the packages that have already been warehoused to submit a shipping order for dispatch abroad. Alternatively, you can wait until all packages you intend to ship have arrived at the warehouse and then submit a consolidated shipping order.
Note: Some products are subject to shipping restrictions; not all logistics routes can deliver every item. OneBuy will filter and display the available shipping methods for you to choose from.
Step 7: Select Address & Pay Shipping Fees
According to your actual needs, fill in the overseas recipient's address information, select your preferred logistics route, and then pay the shipping fees for the order.
Step 8: Pandapurchase Warehouse Dispatch
Pandapurchase will consolidate your items into one package (if applicable), weigh it, reinforce the packaging, take photos, and dispatch it.
Note: During international parcel delivery, there is a small probability of unforeseen situations such as delivery delays, customs duties, damage, confiscation, or loss. These are circumstances related to third-party logistics providers and customs authorities that cannot be fully controlled or avoided. However, adhering to our user-first service principle, Pandapurchase will provide prior warnings based on the specifics of different routes and countries/regions, and will assist you in handling any issues that arise.
Step 9: Await Delivery & Sign For Receipt
You can track the international logistics information for your shipment in the "My Shipping Orders" section of your member center.
